Hi, I’m Traci Wren, and I bring a unique perspective to real estate that goes far beyond simply buying and selling homes. Licensed in Georgia since 2019 and in Alabama in 2024, my journey into real estate was built on a foundation of 15 years in community banking as a lender specializing in residential construction and development, followed by 9 years at a real estate law firm handling closings. This experience gave me an insider’s view of every step of the real estate process—from financing and construction to the legal details that finalize a transaction. Now, I use that knowledge to guide my clients with confidence and clarity, making what can feel overwhelming feel manageable and even exciting.
I’m passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, new construction builds, and resale properties throughout the West Georgia area, as well as East Alabama. What sets me apart is my commitment to communicating in a way that’s easy to understand and my dedication to providing service and care on a personal level. I believe every client deserves someone who will take the time to listen, explain the details, and advocate for their best interests every step of the way.
I grew up in Douglas County and now call Carrollton home. When I’m not helping clients find their perfect home, you’ll find me spending time with my family, being involved with my church and community and working on my golf game—I’m currently learning to play! I love this area and the people who make it special, and there’s nothing more rewarding than helping families put down roots in a place they’ll love for years to come.
